We no longer allow coaches to mix middle school and high school teams
on the website. If you have some athletes on your roster that the
site figures should not be there, you will encounter an error when you
click to edit the athlete. Here is the solution:
1. Create a linked MS/HS pair if you have not already. This is described at:
http://cs.athletic.net/forums/t/44.aspx2. After completing step 1, some new links appear at the bottom of the
athlete editor page.
3. Go to the bottom of the athlete editor click the links "send to
linked team -> " for each of the athletes displayed. This will move
the athlete over to the correct team. When an athlete is promoted
from a MS to a HS, the results remain listed with the MS, but allows
for their statistic profile to travel with them on into HS. If you
have already created the athlete on the HS team, the system will
automatically merge the two profiles.
