1.Remove or de-activate an athleteIf the athlete is not participating with your school in the current season, you can edit their profile and set their status to "Deactivated."
You will be asked to confirm the deactivation:

This will NOT
delete their historical performances if they have any in the system but does remove them from your current roster. If they have no records in the system (perhaps you added an athlete the first day of practice and they discontinue after a few days) then they are actually deleted from the system.
If the Athlete moved to a different school, their two profiles can be merged. Just send us a feedback with the athlete's name and the two schools. You can deactivate them to keep their results on the site while removing them from your active roster.
2. I added an athlete twice. I have corrected the spelling, how do I remove the second athlete?
Make sure that both athlete names are exactly the same and then simply wait 24 hours. Each night our system will identify duplicates and merge the profiles. This only works if the two profile names are spelled identically. If you find that this is not working on a particular case, please use the feedback system to notify us.
3. I don't want to see an athlete's marks for a specific season.
Edit their profile and set their status to "Deactivated" for that season.
